To strengthen our team in Apolda, Thuringia we are looking for a committed manager as Head of Quality Assurance (m/f/d).
Responsibilities
- Disciplinary and technical management of a quality manager.
- Further development and responsibility for quality assurance.
- Planning and monitoring of all quality assurance measures.
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and customer requirements.
- Communication and close co-operation with production, administration and sales.
- Accompaniment of supplier, customer and certification audits (ISO 9001).
- Coordination of optimisation, corrective and preventive measures.
- Analysing and processing complaints, including root cause analysis.
- Further development of the quality management system.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in the metal sector plus a technical degree or technician qualification.
- Several years of experience in quality assurance and management, ideally with management experience.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
- Ability to coordinate and plan work processes and deadlines.
- Independent, systematic and responsible way of working.
